Stripes Colour Fiction Series

I want to shine a light on these lovely little books from Stripes Books an imprint of Little Tiger

These richly illustrated stories are filled to bursting with colour and are so inviting for young and reluctant readers.

This Colour Fiction series helped Bea become a confident independent reader and they paved the way for Edie from picture books to early chapter books. These beautiful and brilliant books make gorgeous gifts and we love collecting them and displaying them on our shelves.

The stories are brilliant to read alone or aloud. Written by authors we know and illustrators we love. They cover a whole range of genres, themes and topics. There is something for everyone.

I love The Long Way Home by Corrinne Averiss and Kristyna Litten It is a tender story touching on dementia and celebrating the importance of keeping memories alive.

I think my favourite from the series is The Missing Bookshop by Katie Clapham and Kirsti Beautyman A tale about the importance of books and bookshops and the magic of booksellers.

Sea of Stories is an inspiring tale about the importance of sharing stories with stunning instantly recognisable illustrations by Padddy Donnelly

In this series we have tales of friendship, overcoming obstacles, working together and being brave.

We have stories that celebrate family, stories and the power of the imagination.

Books that will make you laugh and cry and feel every emotion in between.

The perfect series for early readers and a glorious bridge from picture books to first chapters.

Have you read any books from this series?

We think they are all fabulous and we hope that there are more to come.
