Bea age 3
Can write her name
The shortened version
She is a way off being able to write Beatrice
Though she is keen to have a go
And I am hoping to set her a challenge
Along with Write My Name
At the moment
She and we are happy with Bea
The version of her beautiful name
That we all call her by
When she is not Bot Bot or Spottle Bot
Or Bumble
To help Bea recognise her name
We write it everywhere
Display it around our home
For her to recognise
To read
And to copy
When offered a Flitterbee name plaque to review
I jumped at the chance
Knowing me my feisty three year old
Would love to hang her name
On all the things she considers to be her own
The wooden plaque has hung on book shelves
Above her writing desk
Round her cuddly toys’ necks
The final resting place for this pretty plaque
Will be Bea’s bedroom door
Once her door is in position
Until then it hangs above
Her writing desk
Where she does her ‘school work’
Her colouring, tracing and emergent writing
Where she will learn to write her full name
In all it’s glory
Before choosing to shorten it again
If that is what she would like to do
The Bea plaque
A bird illustrated wooden plaque
Is very pretty
The handcrafted, cream wooden name plaque
With 3D lettering
Has a hand painted bird illustration
The lettering has been decorated in a bright and colourful floral pattern
Stands out from the board
And has a varnished finish
With the hanging ribbon
It really is lovely
Quaint and quirky
I love it
And I know that Bea does too
The size of the plaque is 10cm high (excluding the hanging ribbon)
And will vary in length between 25cm and 35cm depending on the length of the required name
The plaque costs £21.50
This would make a lovely gift for Christmas
And could be used to ensure your little one
Knows which pile of presents
Belongs to them
To see all the designs available
Do pop over to Flitterbee
There is sure to be something to reflect
The name, personality and interests of your little one
We were sent our Bea plaque for the purpose of this review
