Today I want to share with you our third activity inspired by Oliver Jeffers’ book, How To Catch A Star
To mark the 10th anniversary of this magical children’s story about a boy who loves stars we are doing ten star based activities.
We have played with submersible lights and waterbeads, we have made sandpaper starfish and today Esther and William had a starry starry bath.
Inspired by my dear friend Susanne aka Ghostwriter Mummy today we put our submersible lights in the bath!
Esther and William thought it was wonderful.
A disco bath!
A rainbow bath!
A starry starry bath.
Esther and William had a wonderful time catching stars among the bubbles.
This was so quick and easy to create.
You can buy the Glo Stars from Amazon and the colour changing lights too!
Tip into the bath and turn the main lights off.
One sensory bath filled with magic and stars.
This is our third starry activity to mark the tenth anniversary of Oliver Jeffers’ How To Catch A Star.
We will be back tomorrow with coffee beans!
We were sent a special anniversary edition of How To Catch A Star for the purpose of this post.
Like a child spa, a great quick idea too x
Looks wonderful! I knew they would like the lights out bath!!
