Esther and William love a hat!

Last Christmas I bought all three children a crochet character hat.

Last year I did not know my lovely friend Michele who is behind the amazing handmade hats and toys at Minnie’s Macaroon.

Last week we were sent two hats to review. A panda and a brown bear. I was certain that Esther would choose the panda and William the bear, but I was wrong.

William wanted to be the panda and Esther, Mummy Bear.

They love their hats and so do I.

These fun animal and character beanie hats are 100% hand made using lovely soft Icelandic Yarn.

They really do feel strong and soft, a winning combination for the cold winter ahead.

The hats are great value for money too and much cheaper than the ones we bought last year that did not last past Boxing Day let alone through the winter season!

The handmade hats sit well on little heads and are soft to the touch. Esther and William wear theirs indoors and out. Lots of people have commented on these bright, colourful, fun hats.

I love the sticking out nose and it looks very cute on.

The panda is adorable too and again comes sized for baby, child and adult. Imagine what fun it would be to go out this festive season as a family of pandas! I love that something so necessary and practical as a hat can also be such great fun!

For me, my family, the best hat has to be, Mr Train! My two will both be getting one of these in their stockings this Christmas. There will never be fuss about wearing a hat again. This is the perfect hat for train mad toddlers like mine. I wonder if I can convince Michelle to make them in a range of Thomas colours?
