I catch my breath and tears fall as I realise that all these wonderful things are being done because my baby died. My baby died. But her name is now synonymous with The Lullaby Trust, she has become the face of Sudden Infant Death and people are helping, coming together, to support the charity that is working tirelessly to make SIDS a thing of the past.

This year we will not be buying and sending Christmas cards, instead we will be donating money to The Lullaby Trust in memory of our star, Matilda Mae. She adored Christmas lights. We will miss her so so much this festive season. I am certain my heart is going to break in two on Christmas morning when I wake up and she is not here.
