I have been back and forth arguing with myself about whether or not to write this post but I am a mummy of three children and two of them need me more than ever right now, they also deserve to do some special and fun things so I cannot pass up an opportunity to apply for The Big Jigs Play Patrol on their behalf.
And so here I go.
Though ours is often a house of sadness at the moment not a day passes without us sharing a smile and a giggle with our troublesome twosome.
They truly are on top form at the moment with their vocabulary expanding every day and their exploration of imaginary worlds growing and changing before our eyes.
They play together as a team and share our giant playroom as siblings and the best of friends.
Over the last few weeks I have been so so thankful that Esther and William are twins.
They always have each other.
So when Daddy and I are sad or struggling they can entertain and comfort one another.
They are also becoming very good at scolding one another if something is not quite right.
I think Esther and William, at two years and seven months of age are the perfect pair for The Big Jigs Play Patrol.
They know how to play!
We have already have a range of Big Jigs toys in our house. And have reviewed some on our blog and for other people too.
We first reviewed The Princess Walker as the twins were tentatively taking their very first steps.
And later for The Wooden Toy Shop we reviewed the fabulous stacking number tower.
We also own and adore a pretty pink tin tea set that Esther and William play with everyday.
A wooden bus shape sorter that is filled with animals. This is a fabulous toy as we use it as a shape sorter, a push along bus, a ride on bus and we use the wooden animals to draw around or push into play dough. It is a very versatile toy in our house and one again that is used every day.
We are also huge train fans in the Edspire household and Daddy has quite a talent for creating exciting tracks.
There are so many reasons that I would love for Esther and William to be part of the Big Jigs Play Patrol but the main one is this; Tilda was a Big Jigs fan too!
you;d be the perfect play patrol team for bigjigs good luck xx
