So Nana has come to stay!
Tonight she took charge of tea and made us roast chicken with mashed potatoes, green beans and sweetcorn. Oh and Marks and Spencers yorkshire puddings. Yum Yum!
For the rest of the week I will be running the kitchen and dinners will look like this
Tuesday – Pimped Up Pizza and Salad
This is a Ristorante Pizza with added extras this week the pizzas will be topped with extra tomato, chilli and asapragus bundles wrapped in Procuttio ham.
Wednesday – Beef Fajitas
Lean beef steak mince with a hot tomato salsa, chilli seasoning, Portabello mushrooms, yellow pepper, fresh chillies, spring onions and spinach. Served with wholewheat wraps and guacomole. One of my favourite meals.
Thursday – Spinach and Ricotta Canneloni
A tesco ready meal served with fresh salad and a locally made chilli and garlic dressing.
Friday – King Prawns with stir fried vegetables and brown rice
I bind all these together with a tub of Philadelphia with chives.
Saturday – Chicken Fajitas
I add lots of extra vegetables including a bag of spinach to our fajitas and we have wholemeal wraps and a cheese and chive sauce.
Sunday – Beef lasagna and salad
An easy meal for the final day of the week that does not need much preparation as we will be busy packing ready to move house!!
I am linking up to Mrs M’s Meal Planning Monday. Are you?
Oh my word, look at the size of your garden! That’s going to be a complete treasure trove for the children.
Glad to see two lots of fajitas on there.
Wow, what a lovely garden! Love the sound of all your meals 🙂
I also have serious garden envy 🙂 I love the sound of your meals too, especially the different take on fajitas. Delicious x
