I cannot believe that it has already been a week since Brit Mums Live. I had such a wonderful time and learned such a lot. My reflective post is coming soon as well as heartfelt thanks to my sponsors BundleBean and Snoozeshade, without whom I would not have been able to attend.
I was so thankful to have such great sponsors for the event of the year and Matilda Mae had a fabulous sponsor of her own.
For the whole weekend Matilda Mae was dressed from tip to toe in the beautiful clothes of The Essential One. She was perfectly pretty in pink!
The Essential One specialises in items you will need for your newborn in their precious first 12 months. Items such as vests and sleepsuits but also like this gorgeous woollen blanket.
I have been lucky enough to review for The Essential One before and am now very proud to be an Ambassador for the brand. One of the best things about blogging is getting to know new, small independent companies who are working hard to make a difference to peoples lives. The Essential One is working to improve the lives of busy new mummies and provide high quality essentials for new babies as they begin their lives.
Having been lucky enough to dress Matilda in The Essential One clothes from birth has spoiled me for other clothes. No other sleepsuits and vests feel quite so soft or smell so wonderfully sweet. Each set of clothing that you buy from The Essential One comes in a coordinated drawstring bag and is scented with just a hint of The Essential One‘s signature scent. It is gorgeous!!!
For the first day of Brit Mums Live Matilda Mae wore The Bold Stripe Baby All in One.
This all-in-one is so cute and has wonderful details on the legs. The main body of the suit is striped but has spotty accents and orange ribbons that contrast beautifully with the pinks. This is one of my favourite items from The Essential One range as it is more than a sleepsuit allowing you to dress up your baby for a special occasion without putting a tiny baby into clothes that are too old for them. As you can see from the pictures above Matilda was incredibly snug and comfortable in the suit and in fact she slept all day!
The all-in-one has a coordinating vest that is part of the rose pink range. You can buy a pack of 5 vests for a very reasonable £15.
On the second day of Brit Mums Live Matilda wore one of three vests we were sent as part of a pack. The pack of 3 vests in The Essential One’s Rose Pink Range costs £18. Each suit is slightly different and is adorned with the very cute bunny motif of The Essential One.
The suits are so soft and so very pretty. They really complement Matilda’s colouring and accentuate her natural baby beauty. We love them and for the moment I find it difficult dressing her in anything else. This particular range is stunning and I love the contrast between the pinks and the orange details.
Really Essential! Our 3 pack of baby girl sleepsuits/baby grows are all made from 100% superfine cotton so really soft against baby’s skin. They are fully poppered including all the way down each leg for ease of changing and have integral scratch mittens which can be turned back to cover baby’s hands.
If you have a baby under 12 months of age or you know someone who is expecting then please do give this company a try. They sell everything you need for bringing baby home from hospital and settling into family life. The Essential One makes super soft, super stylish baby essentials and their passion is clear to see in each and everyone of their products and through their excellent customer care.
Keep an eye on their website for their new autumn range due to launch next month. You will also be able to read one of the first reviews of their new season essentials here at Edspire.
For now, here is another ‘essential’ pic of the Baby Belle of Brit Mums Live.
We were sent a range of The Essential One clothing and a baby blanket to test for the purposes of this review.
