Here in the Edspire household we started with Brown Bear Brown Bear, followed by Owl Babies and then Giraffes Can’t Dance. Our current favourites are The Gruffalo and Bear Snores On, affectionately known in our house as the Cuddle Bear story.

Good Luck and I look forward to reading your little ones book recommendations.
AND WE HAVE A WINNER! CONGRATULATIONS SARAH W!
My little one loves to hear Penguin – and weirdly I don’t mind reading it 100s of times each day!
At the moment my daughter nearly 3 REALLY loves Cave Baby by Julia Donaldson, and The Cat in The Hat by Dr Suess.
My one year old loves anything with pop up bits or flaps!
Lara loves Peppa Pig ‘Muddy Puddles’ at the moment, closely followed by ‘The Very Hungry Caterpillar’. Sophia loves ‘Baby Boo!’ and any cloth books with crinkly bits in she can scrunch!
Our current favourite is “Tickle, Tickle” by Helen Oxenbury. Wriggles has recently begun to memorise texts/phrases and now when looking at the pictures, has started to perform actions that we do together without prompting. It has really encouraged her signing and communication…which was beginning to really stall, so the more books the better as far as I am concerned!

My little boy is 14 months old and owns over 100 books! He loves any books with flaps and animals but our all time fav has to be Dear Zoo. We read Dear Zoo at least 10 times a day but its amazing to see his eyes light up when he opens the flap to see the snake and does his own snake noise!
My boy LOVES The Very Hungry Caterpillar ..l and so do I ! 🙂 @hannahmdy
‘Come on Daisy’ is very popular with my toddler, and with us too. He also loves ‘when it’s time for bed’ which taught him to sit on the potty and pee before his bath for the first time this week!
What a lovely product! My daughter loves Winnie the Pooh and the Trouble with Bees. I know it by heart now! @AdeleJK
my daughters current one is little beauty- Its about a gorilla and its pet kitten!
@esthermate
My toddler’s book of the month is I Want My Potty – Joseph (2 years 8 months) can recite each page and loves to shout “She wants her potty!” in different voices. He keeps Daddy, little brother and I entertained with his retelling!
My little girls favourite book is happy birthday it has touch and feel and flaps and she knows it off by heart and she keeps talking about what she wants for her birthday which is 7 weeks away now 🙂 shes very excited lol
My daughter, 3yo, loves The Night Pirates or Monkey Puzzle or anything by Nick Sharatt (mainly poems). I think we equally love reading these books to her. Love the rough tough little girl pirates and the idea that a butterfly wouldn’t know what a monkeys mummy or daddy would look like cos her babies don’t look like her!
We have books all over the house so would love one of these! Pumpkin loves the Usborne books with a duck to find on each page 🙂
This is exactly what I need, I have been pulling my hair out trying to find a solution for displaying books but keeping them neat too! Our favourite book at the moment is the hungry catterpillar!
