Today I am a little bit excited about a nursing bra that I have received through the post from the lovely ladies at Azaria PR.
Yummy Mammae!
It is the kind of bra that a Daddy might buy the Mummy of his new Baby if he insists that the perfect gift of love is always lingerie! I have to say if David had found and bought this for me I would have been very impressed. It is a lovely bra for a very special time in a lady’s life.
This is a practical bra but it is also pretty, it is actually quite sexy and I cannot wait to get it on … the bra!

The Mammae Classic Purple Promise feels luxurious against my skin and the lace is a lovely touch making the bra feel ultra feminine, something you do not always feel when you are mostly a milk machine!
As well as being frilly and feminine the Mammae nursing bra is also functional.
The two-part under-wired inner cup opens like an eye, with a lower section which is ‘powernet’ lined to give additional breast support even whilst feeding. Mum can opt for a minimal opening to discreetly feed or widen for maximum contact with baby.
Additional benefits include:
No visible nipples and breastpads through the pre-formed padded outer cup.
Reduced sore nipples by keeping the breast in the correct feeding position.
Elegant shoulder straps coupled with ‘normal’ shaped cups the Mammae bra can be worn under strappy styled tops and dresses.

Beautiful Padding
Breast-feeding mothers regularly leak milk, even when they are not feeding. It can be embarrassing if you suddenly discover damp patches on your clothes.
Mammae nursing pads offer the solution.
The ultra-absorbent cotton pad has a waterproof inner layer to ensure both bra and clothing remain dry.
The pads are very ergonomic, designed to offer maximum ease and comfort during use. And the soft cotton is very pleasant against the skin.
They can be washed at 60°C, so that any bacteria are destroyed. Washable nursing pads are cheaper and more ecological in the long term than the disposable variety.
These nursing pads are available in the same design as the inner bra.
The bra itself is thick and so will ensure a smooth line under tighter fitting, lighter summer clothes.
I am looking forward to wearing this bra for special occasions and through the summer with strappy tops and dresses. I think it will make me feel like a very yummy Mammae indeed!
