The Theraline Original Maternity and Nursing Pillow is a wonderfully comfortable and supportive pillow for sitting upright or lounging on the sofa. I have been testing this pillow out, with a little help from my toddler friends(!) for a couple of months now.

Though the pillow is soft it also supports your body in all the right places as it moulds around lumps and bumps. The pillow supports my back and and my bump and also allows me to elevate my legs slightly when lying down. It is also just great to snuggle!

When lying on my left side, as recommended as an optimum sleep position for mummies to be, I often get a sore hip, this pillow helps to alleviate that discomfort.

I am looking forward to taking to hospital with me as a support during labour and to prop me up in the bed after the birth. I am also hoping to use it as a feeding cushion for baby. We were told today that Matilda is going to be a big baby and so a supportive cushion for feeding will be essential

When Esther and William were breastfeeding I had a foam cushion designed specifically for feeding twins but I did not get on with it at all. It was not pliable and it did not fit to my body. The Original Theraline Maternity and Feeding Pillow comes with a pretty floral cover which is easy to take off and wash; because of this I have allowed the twins to use it over the last few weeks. They have had it in a box to make a padded seat / car(!), as a ramp used for helping them get on and off the sofa and to cushion their falls from their favourite window perch.

They love it so even when there are no more babies I am sure that it will still get lots of use by them and me. That is why I am so certain that The Original Theraline Maternity and Feeding Pillow is worth it’s £45 price tag. This is an investment piece that truly will grow with you and your family.
