One of the jobs on my list before our wedding was to spruce up the buggy that would serve as Esther and William’s carriage for the day.
Our Easywalker Duo is fabulous and practical but it is not a pretty mode of transport, not for a wedding and certainly not in its current muddy state.
When browsing the Interweb I came across a brand new Cosatto twin stroller that would just be perfect for the wedding.
As regular readers will know the theme for our wedding reception was children’s literature. The Cosatto You2 Twin Pushchair has an adorable The Owl and The Pussycat design which I fell in love with at first sight. The literary reference and blue and yellow colour ways were perfect for the wedding and for Esther and William who are obsessed with Owl Babies and any books to do with owls. It is a great buggy as we move into the autumn as it has a toasty warm cosy toes that is easily attached to the lightweight stroller and the design has a real autumnal feel that will be perfect for Halloween and Bonfire night.
This was a beautiful buggy perfect for our wedding and our family.
Being cheeky I wrote to Cosatto and asked if they might like us to review the stroller for them thinking that they would probably not even reply but they did and they said yes.
The day before the wedding our new buggy arrived.
David’s Mum and Dad were in charge of all things baby for our wedding weekend. When I told Esther and William’s Granddad of the fabulous new buggy they would be able to use he was more than a little concerned that everyone had enough to worry about that weekend without needing to fathom the workings of a new travel system for the babes.
He need not have worried though. The Cosatto You2 Twin Pushchair is simple to assemble and very user friendly. It is compact and light and easy to manipulate. It is a traditional umbrella fold and fits in a regular car boot, most unlike our beloved Easywalker.
We used the stroller for the wedding and the honeymoon and I am actually still using it now. Wherever we go we receive admiring glances and positive comments about what an attractive stroller it is. And I have to agree, it is a beautiful buggy for twins.
The Cosatto You2 Twin Pushchair is suitable from birth. Each seat has 3 recline positions and they can be moved independently. This is great for those days when twins are out of sync and also if you have different aged children with different habits and routines. The deep hoods on this buggy have sun protection of UPF 50+ which we were very grateful for during our recent familymoon in Spain.
This is a very reasonably priced twin pushchair and comes with lots of added extras that make it real value for money. With The Cosatto You2 Twin Pushchair you get …
FREE head huggers
FREE Cosy Toes with kangaroo pouch and zip-off reversible fleece liner
FREE chest pad sets
FREE insulated bottle carriers
FREE raincover
FREE 4 year guarantee (UK & Ireland only)
All of this for around £200!
Have a look at the Cosatto website for a list of stockists in your area or online.
We have loved using this buggy and Esther and William seem to find it very comfortable. The little wheels mean that the pushchair struggled with sand and does not provide much comfort over bumpy terrain but for about town use it is perfect. The roof offers protection from the elements and the reclining seats have enabled Esther and William to enjoy lengthy naps on the go.
The Cosatto You2 Twin is a great twin pushchair and gets a big thumbs up here from babies, parents and grandparents too.
Awww I have the PolkaDogs design for my two (2year old and 7month old) but I wish they’d released this design when I was buying mine! Have used it since A was born and I love it 😉
oh I need a double pushchair as mine is rather tatty – this looks rather fab
